We're building the practice that runs itself.
A note from Healable · the first software built for therapists that does the work instead of organizing it.

Fig. 01 · The therapists we're building for
Therapists keep telling us the same thing. The software is fine, but running the practice is still exhausting. Therapy notes after hours. Invoices chased by hand. Cancellations that nobody fills. A dozen tools held together with habit.
The category decided a long time ago that practice management meant giving therapists better tools to do admin work. That's the wrong answer. The right answer is software that does the admin, so therapists can do the therapy.
This page is how Healable thinks about that. The mission, the vision, what matters. None of it has changed since day one. Writing it down just makes it easier to hold the work to it.
Thanks for being here.
Give therapists their time back.
Therapists hold space for some of the hardest work people ever do, and they're some of the least supported by their software. Every feature gets measured against one question: does this remove admin, or does it just reorganize it? If it doesn't remove it, it doesn't ship.
A practice that runs itself so therapists can focus on therapy.
A future where therapy notes write themselves, scheduling manages itself, billing closes itself, and the therapist spends their day with clients. Healable sits in the background, quiet and reliable, doing the work that used to stretch into the evening.
Three values. No corporate voice.

Everything starts with the person doing the work.
Respect for the craft.
Therapy is skilled, emotional, attentive labour. Healable doesn't build features that assume therapists have time to configure software. It builds features that work the moment they're turned on.
Respect for the client.
Therapists hold space for people in their most vulnerable moments. Anything built here touches that relationship, so it gets treated carefully. Privacy isn't a setting. It's the default.
Respect for the team.
Healable is a small team doing serious work. Honest feedback, shared wins, owned mistakes. Nobody carries anything alone.

Fewer features. More leverage.
Automation over dashboards.
A better dashboard still means the therapist has to log in and do the work. Real leverage is when the work happens without them. That's the bar.
Question the default.
Most practice management software looks the way it does because it was built twenty years ago and never rethought. Healable isn't copying those patterns. It starts from what therapists actually need in 2026.
Ship with conviction.
One thing that changes a therapist's week beats ten things nobody notices. Small surface. Big impact.
Work with intention.
Long hours are not a badge. Focused work is. Healable is a place where people build something meaningful and still have a life.

Healthcare software has to be worth trusting.
Canadian by default.
Data lives in Canada. PIPEDA and PHIPA aren't upgrades. They're the floor. HIPAA and GDPR where they apply. No enterprise upsell to get compliance.
Sessions are not training data.
Full stop. Not now, not later, not quietly.
Build in public.
What's working, what isn't, what's next · out in the open. Founding cohort members help shape the roadmap, not watch it from outside.
